CLASS DESCRIPTION
OKLAHOMA MEDICAL MICROPIGMENTOLOGY TRAINING​
COURSE LENGTH: 13 WEEKS
​COST: $9,000​
DEPOSIT: $2000 to hold spot, and then balance is due 1 week before class

CLASS SCHEDULE: The first 4 weeks is theory and class training, and the next 9 weeks is clinicals. Clinicals will be 18 required procedures and student will be responsible to provide clinical patients.​
TRAINING MATERIALS: Books and practice materials will be provided. Supplies needed to do clinicals will be provided. Different machines and pigments are available so that the student can decide which machines are the best for them and which pigments are the best for their style.​

​State Of Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentologist Requirements for Licensing
To qualify for the medical micropigmentation training in Oklahoma and to receive your training certificate for the Health Department, you must meet the following requirements and pass a background check that will be performed by Oklahoma Health Department after training to verify your qualifications.

Are you at least 21 years of age?

Are you able to provide a high school diploma or equivalent?

Are you a US citizen or can you prove a lawful presence?

Can you produce a notarized copy of your birth certificate and a copy of your valid drivers license?

Have you ever been convicted of a misdemeanor or felony?

Have you ever had a health-related license, certificate, or permit suspended, revoked or not renewed or had any other disciplinary action taken, or had an application for a health-related license, certificate, or permit refused by a federal, state, territory, or District of Columbia regulatory authority for intentionally falsifying information?
To become a licensed CMM in Oklahoma, you must meet these basic requirements. If it is later found out by the Oklahoma Health Department that you do not meet these requirements, you will not be given a refund on any training. The following things you will be needed upon completion of an approved Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentation Training Program to submit for licensure. Notarized birth certificate, drivers license or other similar form of identification. Proof of Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentation course completion. Written test fees. Medical Micropigmentation license application fees In Oklahoma, all Medical Micropigmentologists are required by law to be covered by an overseeing DR, DO or Dentist and all work must be done within that overseeing DR’s office. It is best for the student to find and develop a working relationship with an overseeing DR prior to completing your training. The health department will not allow the DR to "ghost sign" for your license or for your work. The health department will double check all information provided to them. ​​
